The fixture for use in a dental implant comprises: a main body which is implanted in a drill hole formed in an alveolar bone in an oral cavity, and which has an outer surface with a male screw thread; and an alveolar bone contact cutout portion which is formed by cutting out a portion of a lower end of the main body along the radial direction of the main body, and which is brought into contact with the alveolar bone introduced therein when the main body is implanted in the drill hole of the alveolar bone.

본 발명의 치과용 임플란트의 픽스츄어는, 구강 내의 치조골에 천공된 드릴 홀에 식립되며, 외측면에 수나사산이 형성된 몸통부; 및 몸통부의 하단부 영역에서 몸통부의 반경 방향을 따라 적어도 일부분이 절개되어 형성되며, 몸통부가 치조골의 드릴 홀에 식립될 때 치조골이 인입되어 접촉 가능한 치조골접촉절개부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 치조골접촉절개부의 내측으로 드릴 홀의 바닥을 형성하는 치조골 부분이 인입됨으로써 종래에 비해 치조골과의 접촉 면적을 증대시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 치조골접촉절개부의 내측에 뼈 형성 단백질을 결합시키는 경우 치유 기간 동안에 치조골의 성장을 촉진시킬 수 있으며, 이로 인해 치조골과의 고정 결합력을 종래보다 현저히 향상시킬 수 있다.
