وعلى هذا النحو، سيستمر انطباق المبادئ الأساسية من قبيل استقلال القضاء والقضاة، وعدم إمكانية عزل القضاة، وعدم مسؤولية القضاة في ممارستهم لمهامهم، وحظر إعلان عدم وجود قانون يحكم الموضوع، واستقلال النيابة العامة وقيامها بذاتها.
