Using centrifugation, tangential flow filtration and C18 solid phase extraction (SPE), effluents after secondary treatment were investigated using a 4 d rainbow trout in vivo bioassay.

Dans le cadre d'essais biologiques in vivo prévoyant l'exposition, pendant 4 jours, de truites arc-en-ciel aux effluents terminaux ayant subi un traitement secondaire, on a fait subir à ces derniers une centrifugation, une filtration tangentielle et une extraction en phase solide (EPS) sur C18.
