Notice is hereby given under Government Code Section 50050-50056 that unclaimed checks prior to October 1, 2006 to the persons and or entities on the attached list will become the property of the Sacramento Municipal Utility District on Dec. 28, 2009.

Se notifica por la presente que, en virtud de la Sección 50050-50056 del Código de Gobierno, los cheques no reclamados con fecha anterior al 1 de octubre de 2006 para las personas y/o entidades que figuran en la lista adjunta pasarán a ser propiedad del Distrito Municipal de Servicios Públicos de Sacramento (Sacramento Municipal Utility District) a partir del 28 de diciembre de 2009.
