Luckily, in these last years, there are a lot of people who worry to make us see that natural is pretty and that we have to love ourselves, but the reason that causes this situation of repulse against ourselves keeps being as strong as before: fake stereotypes, popular media, our environment ideology, bullying... and unfortunately it is something more difficult to change. Because, at the end, the only change we are capable to do is our own change.

Por suerte, en estos últimos tiempos hay muchas más personas que se preocupan por tratar de hacernos ver que lo natural es bonito y que nos queramos a nosotros mismos, pero lo que ocasiona esta situación de desprecio a nosotros mismos sigue tan fuerte como lo era antes: falsos estereotipos, medios de comunicación, la ideología de nuestro entorno, el bullying... Y por desgracia es algo que es mucho más difícil de cambiar; al fin y al cabo el único cambio que está en nuestras manos es el de nosotros mismos.
