ونرحب بافتتاح الدائرة الخاصة لمحاكمة مرتكبي جرائم الحرب في محكمة الدولة في البوسنة والهرسك بتاريخ 9 آذار/ مارس 2005، وإحالة أول قضية من المحكمة الجنائية الدولية ليوغوسلافيا إليها في 29 أيلول/سبتمبر.

We welcome the opening of the Special Chamber for war crimes prosecutions in the State Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on 9 March 2005 and the first transfer of a case from the ICTY on 29 September.
