وتنص المادتان 62 و63 على فترات انقضاء الحق في اتخاذ الإجراءات الجنائية (ما بين عام واحد وخمسة عشر عاما، حسب الجزاء المقرَّر) وقواعد احتساب تاريخ بدء فترة التقادم، على الترتيب.
