ومع التشديد على أهمية هذه الاجتماعات المزمعة في تحديد نقطة المنتصف في الاحتفال بالعقد، والمطالبة بمشاركة رفيعة المستوى، نطالب الجمعية بأن تنظر في الوقت المناسب في إمكانية تنظيم تلك الاجتماعات في أقرب وقت ممكن من المناقشة العامة
