The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania has the honour to inform the Embassy that the foregoing proposal is acceptable to the Government of the Republic of Albania and that the Embassy's Note and the present Note shall constitute an arrangement as provided for in Article 27, paragraph 4, of the Convention, which shall enter into force on the first day of the third month following the date on which the Embassy receives the present note.

A magyar fél a Nagykövetség szóban forgó jegyzékében az 1–9. pontokban foglalt szövegjavaslattal egyetért. A Külügyminsztérium egyúttal tájékoztatja a tisztelt Nagykövetséget, hogy idöközben beszeretze a Magyar Köztársaság Kormánya 9.a. pontban foglaltak szerinti jóváhagyását, így az Egyezmény ugyanezen pont rendelkezéseinek megfelelöen a holland fél válaszjegyzéke keltét követö második hónap eslö napján lép hatályba.
