If the Tribunal is not satisfied that the Spiramax should be classified under tariff item No. 8207.90.90 as other interchangeable tools (specifically under classification No. 8207.90.90.83 as "[c]utterheads for woodworking, with interchangeable tools"), Gladu Tools has suggested two other possible classifications: namely, in heading No. 84.66, as a tool holder, or tariff item No. 8207.70.00, as a tool for milling.

Si le Tribunal n’est pas convaincu que le Spiramax doit être classé dans le numéro tarifaire 8207.90.90 à titre d’autre outil interchangeable (et plus particulièrement dans le numéro de classement 8207.90.90.83 à titre de « [m]èches, autre que pour toupies, pour le travail du bois, avec outils interchangeables »), Outils Gladu a proposé deux autres classements possibles : soit la position no 84.66, à titre de porte-outils, ou le numéro tarifaire 8207.70.00, à titre d’outil à fraiser.
