At its 4th meeting, on 29 February, the Commission had before it the report of the Secretary-General on the compilation of natural gas statistics (E/CN.3/2012/10), and heard an introductory statement by the Chief of the Industrial and Energy Statistics Section of the United Nations Statistics Division.
