When the circumstances that previously caused the inventories to be written down below cost no longer exist or when there is clear evidence of an increase in net realizable value because of changed economic circumstances, the amount of the write-down is reversed against the following headings: “Changes in inventories of finished products” and “Work in progress and consumption of materials and other supplies.”
