Bis heute hat das CROSSENZ-Projekt zur Entdeckung vieler neuartiger Enzyme mit Cross-Linking-Potenzial geführt, zu einem besseren mechanischen Verständnis von Enzymmodellen, zur Validierung neuer Produktionskonzepte und zu einem besseren Verständnis der Verbraucherhaltungen gegenüber Enzymen.

To date, the CROSSENZ project has resulted in the discovery of many novel enzymes with cross-linking potential, a greater mechanical understanding of enzyme models, the validation of novel production concepts, and an improved understanding of consumer attitudes towards enzymes.
