본 발명은 석유계 탄화수소의 탈황공정에 사용되는 수소를 회수하는 방법 및 이를 이용한 초저유황 경유 생산 장치에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 구체적으로는 수소첨가 탈황공정의 고압분리기 후단에 저압분리기, 저온분리기 및 황화수소 흡수탑을 포함하고, 황화수소 흡수탑으로 부터 분리된 수소를 다시 회수할 수 있도록 설치하여, 수소첨가탈황공정을 거친 연료유분으로 부터 수소를 회수하고, 회수된 수소를 탈황공정에 다시 사용함으로써, 기존의 초저유황 경유 제조용 수소첨가탈황 공정 설비를 최대한 활용하면서 연료유분으로 수소의 유출을 최소화하여 생산비를 절감할 수 있는 석유계 탄화수소 탈황공정의 수소회수 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다.
