يجوز لوكيل الأمين العام/المدير التنفيذي، حسبما يُؤذن له بموجب قرار من المجلس التنفيذي لدى موافقته على الميزانية المتكاملة، أن ينقل الاعتمادات فيما بين بنود الاعتماد ضمن الميزانية المتكاملة مع مراعاة الحدود المأذون بها.

The Under-Secretary-General/Executive Director, as authorized to do so by decision of the Executive Board at the time of its approval of the integrated budget, may transfer appropriations between appropriation lines within the integrated budget, within authorized limits.
