وحدة دعم المشتريات، وتعمل على تنفيذ جميع طلبات الشراء، وتؤكد استلام السلع، وتنسق البيانات المقدمة من لجنة العقود المحلية وتصفية التزامات أوامر الشراء المستحقة، وتستكمل عملية المشتريات في نظام Mercury، وتحفظ النظام المركزي لمسك ملفات طلبات الشراء، وتحفظ ملفات طلبات الشراء المتعلقة بالولايات السابقة، وتعد التقارير الإحصائية للمشتريات، وتراقب جميع المراسلات والوثائق التشغيلية والإدارية وتوزعها وتقدم الدعم الإداري المركزي لقسم المشتريات؛ وتتألف من ثلاثة مساعدين لشؤون المشتريات (1 من فئة الخدمة الميدانية و 2 من الرتبة المحلية)؛

The Procurement Support Unit, which expedites all purchase orders, confirms the receipt of goods, coordinates the submissions of the Local Committee on Contracts and the liquidation of outstanding purchase order obligations, completes the procurement process in the Mercury system, maintains the central purchase order filing system, archives all purchase order case files from prior mandates, prepares procurement statistics reports, monitors and distributes all operational and administrative correspondence and documents and provides central administrative support to the Procurement Section, comprises three Procurement Assistants (1 Field Service and 2 Local level);
