The present invention relates to a reconditioned fluid for recycling and improving the function of an industrial lead-acid waste battery, and more particularly, to a reconditioned fluid for recycling and improving the function of an industrial lead-acid waste battery, which is capable of restoring a waste battery by recovering the function thereof to 95% or more of that of a new product, by means of: measuring the remaining performance of an industrial lead-acid battery that has been used for a certain duration and has lost significant functionality or performance and is thus being disposed of, and determining whether the battery can be recycled; and primarily charging the battery, then filling each cell with a certain amount of reconditioned fluid, and performing charging/discharging of the battery to remove and suppress sulfuric acid and corrosive agents.

본 발명은 산업용 납산 폐배터리의 재활용과 기능향상을 위한 재생용액에 대한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 일정기간 사용한 후 기능이 현저하게 저하되거나 성능이 다 되어 폐기되고 있는 산업용 납산 배터리의 재생가능 여부와 잔여성능을 측정하고 기초적 충전 후에 재생용액을 각 셀에 일정량 주입한 배터리에 충/방전을 가해주어 황산염과 부식물을 제거하고 억제하는 역할을 통하여 폐기되는 배터리의 기능을 신품 대비 95% 이상 재생, 복원할 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 산업용 납산 폐배터리의 재활용과 기능향상을 위한 재생용액에 관한 것이다.
