The Government of the Republic of Korea is not required to communicate to the European Community under the Agreement confidential information covered by Article 62 of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act and Article 9 of the Disclosure of Information by Public Agencies Act, except for the information communicated in accordance with the provisions of Article 4(4) of this Agreement.
