يصدر رئيس أمانة الاتفاقية إيصالات فورية بكل التعهدات والمساهمات، ويبلغ الأطراف مرة في السنة بحالة التعهدات المعقودة والمدفوعات من المساهمات.

The head of the Convention Secretariat shall acknowledge promptly the receipt of all pledges and contributions and shall inform the Parties, once a year, of the status of pledges and payments of contributions.

El jefe de la secretaría del Convenio acusará recibo sin demora de todas las promesas y contribuciones e informará a las Partes, una vez al año, del estado de las promesas de contribuciones y de su pago.
French[fr]
Le chef du secrétariat de la Convention accuse réception sans retard de toutes les annonces de contributions et de toutes les contributions acquittées et informe les Parties une fois par an de l'état des contributions annoncées et acquittées.
