Hinsichtlich der Gründe, warum die Aufzeichnungen der Entschlüsselung der Blackboxes nicht vollständig zur Verfügung gestellt werden können und warum die ukrainische Seite bis heute die Aufzeichnungen der Gespräche der Fluglotsen in Dnepropetrovsk mit allen zu diesem Zeitpunkt in dieser Region vorbeifliegenden Flugzeugen nicht beibringen kann, wurde uns nichts Einleuchtendes gesagt.

We have heard no distinct explanations for not presenting the full transcript of the black boxes. The Ukrainian side has so far failed to tell us why it has not given us the transcripts of the cockpit exchange between air traffic controllers from Dnepropetrovsk and all aircraft that flew over the area at the same flight level at that time.
