본 발명에 의한 섬유강화 열가소성 복합재료의 성형장치는, 용융공간 및 배출구가 마련된 하우징을 포함하는 압출기, 용융공간에서 만들어져 배출구를 통해 연속적으로 배출되는 섬유강화 열가소성 복합재료를 커팅하기 위해 압출기보다 하류에 배치되는 커팅 장치, 커팅 장치에 의해 커팅된 섬유강화 열가소성 복합재료를 가열하기 위해 커팅 장치보다 하류에 배치되는 가열 장치, 가열 장치에서 가열된 섬유강화 열가소성 복합재료를 일정 형태로 형상화하기 위해 가열 장치보다 하류에 배치되는 형상화 장치를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의할 경우, 강화섬유의 파손을 최소화할 수 있어 물성보강 효과가 극대화되며, 성형품의 제조공정이 연속적으로 이루어짐으로써 섬유강화 열가소성 복합재료 성형품을 효율적으로 제조할 수 있게 된다.
