وينظر أمين المظالم في الشكوى، وبعد التماس أي معلومات إضافية قد تُطلب من المشتكي، يقرر أمين المظالم ما إذا كان سيُباشر التحقيق في الشكوى أم لا.

The Ombudsman shall consider the complaint, and after seeking any further information which may be required from the complainant, the Ombudsman shall, decide whether to proceed to investigate the complainant or not to proceed.
