(3) [Termination of this Agreement] If one of the parties to this Agreement gives the other party written notice to terminate this Agreement, this Agreement shall terminate one year after receipt of the notice by the other party, unless a longer period is specified in the notice or unless both parties agree on a longer or a shorter period.

3) [Dénonciation du présent accord] Si l’une des parties au présent accord notifie par écrit à l’autre partie qu’elle dénonce le présent accord, celui–ci cesse de produire ses effets un an après réception de la notification par l’autre partie, à moins qu’un délai plus long ne soit indiqué dans la notification ou que les deux parties ne conviennent d’un délai différent.
