Die Kommission erhielt am 16. März 1987 nach Artikel 3 Absatz 1 der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 2641/84 einen Antrag der International Federation of Phonogram and Videogram Producers (IFPI), der im Namen fast sämtlicher Hersteller von Tonaufzeichnungen in der Gemeinschaft gestellt wurde und die widerrechtliche Reproduktion von Tonaufzeichnungen in Indonesien betraf.

Στις 16 Μαρτίου 1987, σε εφαρμογή του άρθρου 3 παράγραφος 1 του κανονισμού (ΕΟΚ) αριθ. 2641/84, υποβλήθηκε στην Επιτροπή καταγγελία εκ μέρους της ένωσης των μελών της International Federation of Phonogram and Videogram Producers (IFPI), εξ ονόματος του συνόλου σχεδόν των κοινοτικών παραγωγών υποθεμάτων ήχου όσον αφορά την παραγωγή χωρίς άδεια γραμμένων υποθεμάτων ήχου στην Ινδονησία.

On 16 March 1987 the Commission received a complaint lodged in accordance with Article 3 (1) of Regulation (EEC) No 2641/84 by the Association of European Members of the International Federation of Phonogram and Videogram Producers (IFPI) on behalf of virtually all Community producers of phonograms concerning the unauthorized reproduction of sound recordings in Indonesia.

Op 16 maart 1987 ontving de Commissie in het kader van de toepassing van artikel 3, lid 1, van Verordening (EEG) nr. 2641/84 een klacht die door de Vereniging van de Europese leden van de International Federation of Phonogram and Videogram Producers (IFPI) namens vrijwel alle producenten in de Gemeenschap van fonogrammen werd ingediend en die betrekking had op de niet-toegestane verveelvoudiging van voorbespeelde geluidsdragers in Indonesië.
