ويجب أن ننجح على المسار السياسي، عن طريق الحوار فيما بين الأطراف الكونغولية، وكذلك على المسار العسكري من خلال برنامج نزع السلاح والتسريح وإعادة الإدماج والإعادة إلى الوطن أو إعادة التوطين، والانسحاب المنظم لجميع القوات الأجنبية.
