In order to follow the new direction the MOST Programme has taken, the SAC, in cooperation with the Intergovernmental Council Bureau , guides the Secretariat with regard to the quality and relevance of MOST projects. The expertise of researchers and other involved actors is subject to approval by the IGC Bureau.
