액침(液浸) 미세유로 환경하에서 타원계측법을 이용한 저분자 바이오물질 등의 분자접합특성 및 완충용액 굴절률 동시 측정장치와 측정방법에 대한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 프리즘 구조와 미세유로를 이용하여 반도체 등 기판물질에 형성된 바이오 물질의 흡착층에 편광된 입사광을 p파 무반사 조건에 만족되도록 입사시킴으로써 완충용액의 굴절률 변화와 바이오 물질의 접합 동특성을 동시에 고감도로 측정할 수 있는 장치 및 이를 이용한 측정방법에 관한 것이다.
