The company Louis Berger Aircraft Services at the airfield at Rota Naval Station has announced its unilateral plan to lay off 45 employees and to make salary cutbacks, amounting to a total wage bill which would be 35% short of the terms established in the agreement with CAV Europa (the previous licensee). It is planning to implement these changes while bypassing collective bargaining.

La empresa Louis Berger Aircraft Services del aeropuerto de la Base de Rota ha anunciado su intención unilateral de llevar a cabo 45 despidos y una reducción de sueldos que representaría una caída de la masa salarial del 35 % respecto a las condiciones reconocidas en el convenio con CAV Europa (la anterior concesionaria), condiciones que pretende imponer al margen de la negociación colectiva.
