Das optische System zur Oberflächenvermessung enthält in einem Strahlengang nacheinander eine Strahlungsquelle (9) zur Erzeugung eines Abtaststrahls, eine Strahlablenkeinrichtung (2), ein zur seriellen Abtastung der zu vermessenden Oberfläche vorgesehenes Scanning-Objektiv (3), auf das der Abtaststrahl durch die Strahlablenkeinrichtung strahleingangsseitig mit veränderbarem Einfallswinkel gerichtet ist und ein optisches Wegmesssystem (8).

The optical system for the surveying of a surface comprises in a beam path in successive order a beam source (9) for generating a scanning beam, a beam deflecting device (2), a scanning lens (3) provided for the serial scanning of the surface to be surveyed, to which the scanning beam is directed by the beam deflecting device on the beam input side at a changeable angle of incidence, and an optical position sensor (8).
