وفي حال كان العقد المبرم بين شركة النقل والقوة الأمنية ينص على أن تتولى الشركة المسؤولية عن أماكن إقامة الأطقم الجوية، تعمل القوة الأمنية على ضمان أن تفي تلك الأماكن بمتطلبات المعايير الأمنية الدنيا لأماكن الإقامة، وفقا لشروط إدارة الأمم المتحدة لشؤون السلامة والأمن؛ و(ج) إلى جانب مراعاة أحكام دليل الطيران الصادر عن إدارة عمليات حفظ السلام وأدلة التشغيل لدى شركات النقل المعنية، وكذلك القواعد القياسية لمنظمة الطيران المدني الدولي وممارساتها الموصى بها، نفذت البعثة إجراءات التحكم في مخاطر الطيران التي تهدف إلى استبانة المخاطر المرتبطة بأنشطة الطيران والتحكم فيها.

Where the contract between the carrier and UNISFA stipulates that the carrier will be responsible for air crew lodging, UNISFA ensures that the selected accommodation meets the requirements of the minimum operating residential security standards, as required by the Department of Safety and Security; (c) in addition to observing the provisions of the Department of Peacekeeping Operations aviation manual and the operator manuals of the relevant carriers, as well as the Standards and Recommended Practices of the International Civil Aviation Organization, the mission has implemented the aviation risk management process, which seeks to identify and manage risks associated with aviation activities.

Cuando el contrato entre el transportista y la UNISFA estipula que el transportista será responsable del alojamiento de las tripulaciones, la UNISFA asegura que el alojamiento seleccionado cumpla los requisitos de las normas mínimas operativas de seguridad domiciliaria, de conformidad con lo establecido por el Departamento de Seguridad; c) además de cumplir las disposiciones del manual de aviación del Departamento de Operaciones de Mantenimiento de la Paz, los manuales de operaciones de los transportistas pertinentes así como las Normas y Métodos Recomendados de la Organización de Aviación Civil Internacional, la misión también ha aplicado un proceso de gestión de los riesgos de aviación, que tiene por objetivo determinar y gestionar los riesgos asociados con las actividades de aviación.

Lorsque le contrat stipule que le prestataire se charge de l’hébergement des équipages, la FISNUA s’assure que les logements choisis répondent aux normes minimales de sécurité opérationnelle applicables au domicile, comme l’exige le Département de la sûreté et de la sécurité; c) en plus de respecter les dispositions du manuel des opérations aériennes produit par le Département des opérations de maintien de la paix et des manuels des différentes compagnies d’aviation, ainsi que les normes et pratiques recommandées par l’Organisation de l’aviation civile internationale, la Force applique les procédures de gestion des risques aériens, qui visent à déterminer et à gérer les risques liés aux activités aériennes.

В тех случаях, когда в контракте между компанией-перевозчиком и ЮНИСФА предусматривается ответственность перевозчика за обеспечение летных экипажей жильем, ЮНИСФА следят за тем, чтобы выбранное жилье отвечало требованиям минимальных оперативных стандартов безопасности в жилых кварталах в соответствии с распоряжением Департамента по вопросам охраны и безопасности Организации Объединенных Наций; c) помимо соблюдения положений руководства по вопросам авиации Департамента операций по поддержанию мира и руководств для операторов соответствующих перевозчиков, а также Стандартов и рекомендованной практики Международной организации гражданской авиации, в миссии внедрен процесс регулирования авиационных рисков с целью выявления и регулирования рисков, связанных с работой авиации.
