وتظهر الحالة في نهاية عام 2007 زيادة في هذه النفقات حيث بلغت المخصصات التي أنفقت بالفعل 148.8 بليون فرنك، بزيادة قدرها 6.3 بلايين فرنك تحت بند ”دفعات مقدمة غير مدرجة في الميزانية العادية“، وبذلك وصل إجمالي نفقات الدفاع 155.1 بليون فرنك في عام 2007، بما يمثل زيادة إجمالية بنسبة 13 في المائة تقريبا على الاعتماد المدرج في الميزانية الأولية.

The situation at the end of 2007 shows a higher outlay for this allocation, the amount actually spent being 148.8 billion CFAF, and an additional amount of 6.3 billion CFAF under the heading of “Non-regularized advances”, bringing the total expenditure for defence to 155.1 billion CFAF in 2007, representing an overall increase of approximately 13 per cent over the initial budgeted amount.

La situación a finales de 2007 muestra que los desembolsos realizados rebasaron esa cifra y ascendieron en realidad a 148.800 millones de francos CFA, y que se realizaron desembolsos adicionales por un total de 6.300 millones de francos CFA con cargo a la partida de “adelantos no regularizados”, lo que elevó el total de gastos de defensa en 2007 a 155.100 millones de francos CFA, cifra que representa un aumento total de alrededor de un 13% con relación a la suma presupuestada inicialmente.

La situation à la fin de 2007 se caractérise par une augmentation de ces dépenses, le montant réellement dépensé étant de 148,8 milliards de francs CFA, plus un montant additionnel de 6,3 milliards de francs CFA au titre des « Avances non régularisées », ce qui ramène le total des dépenses consacrées à la défense à 155,1 milliards de francs CFA en 2007, soit dans l’ensemble une augmentation d’environ a 13 % de l’enveloppe initiale.
