In paragraph 31, UNDP agreed with the Board’s recommendation that it follow up with the respective offices to ensure full compliance with the standard operating procedures by: (a) uploading links to all supporting documents to the Document Management System in a timely manner, after being satisfied with the receipt of goods or services; and (b) regularly reviewing the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) dashboard on the Document Management System link in Atlas and highlighting exceptions to the project managers or management requiring corrective action.

Au paragraphe 31, le PNUD a accepté, comme le lui recommandait le Comité, d’assurer un suivi avec les bureaux respectifs pour garantir qu’ils observent l’intégralité des procédures normales de fonctionnement : a) en téléchargeant des liens vers toutes les pièces justificatives dans le système de gestion des documents, sans tarder après réception conforme des biens ou services; b) en passant régulièrement en revue le tableau de bord IPSAS concernant les liens du système de gestion des documents dans Atlas et en portant les anomalies qui nécessitent des mesures correctives à l’attention des responsables de projet ou de la direction.

В пункте 31 ПРООН согласилась с вынесенной Комиссией рекомендацией принять необходимые меры в соответствующих подразделениях с целью обеспечить полное соблюдение установленных требований: a) своевременное размещение ссылок на все подтверждающие документы в системе управления документацией после подтверждения получения товаров или услуг; и b) регулярное рассмотрение показателей информационной панели Международных стандартов учета в государственном секторе (МСУГС) на ссылке системы управления документацией в системе «Атлас» и выявление для руководителей проектов или руководства исключений, требующих принятия мер по исправлению положения.
