ونص القانون في المواد ٣٩-٤٢ على مراقب السلوك الذي يعهد إليه القاضي بعد حلف اليمين القيام بتنفيذ متطلبات الاختبار القضائي، وتنفيذ متطلبات التحقيق الاجتماعي وكذلك الإفراج الشرطي، وأية تدابير أخرى تعهد بها إلى محكمة الأحداث.

Articles 39 to 42 of the Act deal with the matter of probation officers who, after taking oath, are assigned by the judge to carry out the requisite measures relating to probation, social inquiry reports and conditional discharge, as well as any other measures taken in hand by the juvenile court.

Los artículos 39 a 42 de esa misma Ley establecen la existencia de un supervisor de conducta, al que el juez confiará, tras haber prestado aquel el debido juramento, la ejecución de las necesarias medidas de prueba judicial, así como los requisitos que imponga la investigación social y también la puesta en libertad condicional, y cualesquiera medidas de otro tipo que puedan encomendarse al Tribunal de Menores.

En outre, les articles 39 à 42 de la loi susmentionnée prévoient la désignation par le juge d’un agent de probation assermenté. Celui-ci est chargé d’effectuer tout ce qui a trait à la mesure de probation, à l’enquête sociale, à la liberté conditionnelle et à toute autre mesure ordonnée par le juge des enfants.
