وقالت إن الأمانة تلقت، منذ نشر التقرير، وثائق تفويض على النحو المنصوص عليه في المادة 27 (2) من النظام الداخلي للمؤتمر، تخصّ بنن والبوسنة والهرسك وجنوب أفريقيا.

Since publication of the report, the Secretariat had received credentials as provided for in rule 27 (2) of the rules of procedure of the Conference in respect of Benin, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and South Africa.
