وفيما يتعلق بالأفراد أو المنظمات المتورطة في أنشطة غير مشروعة باسم صون حقوق الإنسان، فستتعرض للملاحقة القضائية حسب الأصول من الحكومة الصينية وتعاقَب وفقاً للقانون.
