A microchannel device provided with a microchannel to which a sample liquid is sent, wherein the microchannel device is provided with an inlet reservoir for retaining the sample liquid to be introduced into the microchannel, an inlet provided in the microchannel on the side thereof into which the sample is introduced and communicating with the inlet reservoir, an outlet provided in the microchannel on the side thereof from which the sample is discharged, and an open channel provided so as to communicate with the outlet and having a portion of at least one surface thereof is open to the outside air.

L'invention porte sur un dispositif à microcanaux doté d'un microcanal vers lequel un échantillon est envoyé, le dispositif à microcanaux étant doté d'un réservoir d'entrée pour la rétention de l'échantillon liquide devant être introduit dans le microcanal, d'une sortie pourvue dans le microcanal sur le côté de celui-ci dans lequel l'échantillon est introduit et communiquant avec le réservoir d'entrée, d'une sortie pourvue dans le microcanal sur le côté de celui-ci à partir de laquelle l'échantillon est évacué et d'un canal ouvert prévu de façon à communiquer avec la sortie et ayant une partie d'au moins une surface de celui-ci ouverte à l'air extérieur.

本発明は、ポンプや吸引機等の外部ソースを使用せずとも安定的に流体をマイクロ流路に流体を流すことができるマイクロ流路デバイスを提供するものであって、試料液体が送液されるマイクロ流路を備えるマイクロ流路デバイスにおいて、前記マイクロ流路に導入するための試料液体を保持しておく入口リザーバーと、前記マイクロ流路の試料を導入する側に設けられ、前記入口リザーバーと連通するインレットと、前記マイクロ流路の試料を排出する側に設けられるアウトレットと、前記アウトレットに連通して配設され、少なくとも一つの面の一部が、外部の大気中に対し開放されたオープン流路と、を備え、前記インレットが前記アウトレットに対して重力方向に高い位置に配設されることを特徴とするマイクロ流路デバイスである。
