واتُفِق على أن يوقّع نائب وزير الطيران، ونائب وزير الخارجية، والأمين العام للرئاسة، ونائب وزير التربية، ومدير السياسات الخاصة، ورئيس اللجنة الوطنية للبحوث العلمية والتكنولوجية، وممثل القوات الجوية الشيلية، والأمين التنفيذي لمجلس عمداء الجامعات الشيلية، على توصية دعما لتنفيذ المشروع؛

It was agreed that the Deputy Minister of Aviation, the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, the Secretary-General of the Presidency, the Deputy Minister of Education, the Director for Special Policy, the Chairperson of the National Commission for Scientific and Technological Research, the representative of the Chilean Air Force and the Executive Secretary of the Council of Deans of Chilean Universities would sign a recommendation in support of implementation of the project;

Se acordó en que el Subsecretario de Aviación, el Subsecretario de Relaciones Exteriores, la Secretaria General de la Presidencia, el Subsecretario de Educación, el Director de Política Especial, la Presidenta de la Comisión Nacional de Investigación Científica y Tecnológica, el representante de la Fuerza Aérea de Chile y el Secretario Ejecutivo del Consejo de Rectores de Universidades Chilenas suscribieran una recomendación de apoyo a la realización del proyecto;

Il a été convenu que le Vice-Ministre de l’aviation, le Vice-Ministre des affaires étrangères, la Secrétaire générale de la présidence, la Vice-Ministre de l’éducation, le Directeur de la politique spéciale, la Présidente du Conseil national de la recherche scientifique et technologique, le représentant de l’armée de l’air et le Secrétaire exécutif du Conseil chilien des recteurs d’université signeraient une recommandation en faveur de la mise en œuvre du projet;

Было принято согласованное решение о том, что заместители министров авиации и иностранных дел, генеральный секретарь канцелярии президента, заместитель министра образования, директор по специальным политическим вопросам, председатель Национальной комиссии по научно-техническим исследованиям, представитель военно-воздушных сил Чили и исполнительный секретарь Совета деканов чилийских университетов подпишут рекомендацию, которая должна будет способствовать осуществлению данного проекта;
