According to the transfer tape dispenser of the present invention for preventing the reverse rotation, the reverse rotation prevention units are contacted with the connection belt which interlocks the supply roll with the winding roll, whereby a forward rotation of the connection belt is enabled when the transfer tape is used and the reverse rotation of the connection belt is prevented after the transfer tape has been used.
