وإذ تُدرك حكومة الجبل الأسود مدى تعقيد هذه المسألة، فقد أنشأت في تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2011 لجنة تنسيقية لرصد تنفيذ استراتيجية إيجاد تسوية دائمة لمسألة النازحين والمشردين داخلياً، مع التشديد بوجه خاص على طائفة الروما التي تعيش في مخيَّم كونيك.

Aware of the complexity of the issue, in October 2011, the Government of Montenegro set up the Coordinating Committee for monitoring implementation of the Strategy for a durable solution to the issue of displaced and internally displaced persons, with special emphasis on the Roma living in the Konik camp.

Consciente de la complejidad del problema, el Gobierno de Montenegro creó, en octubre de 2011, el Comité de Coordinación para que supervisase la aplicación de la Estrategia destinada a dar soluciones duraderas a las cuestiones relativas a las personas desplazadas y a los desplazados internos, con especial hincapié en los romaníes que vivían en el campamento de Konik.
