بحلول تسعينات القرن الماضي جرت النشاطات لتنظيم الأعمال لدراسة حقوق الإنسان وعلى ذلك، تم انشاء الجمعية الكورية لدراسة حقوق الإنسان وهى منظمة غير حكومية لحقوق الإنسان، في اليوم 27 من أغسطس عام 1992.

Coming into 1990s, it witnessed the efforts of the officials in the legal world to systematize the research work that had been done in a dispersed way and on August 27, 1992 the “DPRK Association for Human Rights Studies” was formed as a non-governmental organization with the approval of the State.
