En cuanto a los derechos y obligaciones de los Institutos que ya han sido fundados y aprobados por los obispos, con la consulta de la Sede Apostólica, o por la misma Santa Sede, nada se muda en esta Constitución Apostólica.

X - Riguardo ai diritti e agli obblighi degli Istituti che già sono stati fondati dai Vescovi, col permesso della Santa Sede, oppure dalla Santa Sede stessa furono approvati, la presente Costituzione Apostolica nulla cambia.

Quoad iura et obligationes Institutorum, quae condita iam sunt et ab Episcopis, consulta Sancta Sede, vel ab ipsa Sancta Sede fuerunt approbata, hac Constitutione Apostolica nihil immutatur.
