ومن أهم تلك القوانين قانون المسؤولية التقصيرية الذي ينظم تزييف الحقائق الناجمَ عن الإهمال والمصادقة الناجمة عن الإهمال وتشويه السمعة، إلى جانب قوانين الضمانات، والقوانين الخاصة بانتحال الشخصية، والقوانين التي تنظّم الممارسات التجارية الخداعية وغير المشروعة؛
