وفي مثل هذه الظروف، قد تؤدي التنحية الكاملة للمدين، ورغم دوره في خلق الصعوبات المالية للمنشأة، إلى القضاء على الحافز في أنشطة المبادرة وتحمل المخاطرة وكذلك القضاء على الحافز لدى المدينين لبدء إجراءات إعادة التنظيم في مرحلة مبكِّرة، ليس هذا فحسب، بل إن تنحية المدين تقوِّض أيضا فرص نجاح عملية إعادة التنظيم.
