Section 2 of the Balanced Refugee Reform Act amended paragraph 16(2)(b) of the IRPA to read: “subject to the Regulations, the foreign national must submit to a medical examination.”

L’article 2 de cette dernière loi a modifié le paragraphe 16(2) de la LIPR comme suit : « S’agissant de l’étranger, les éléments de preuve pertinents visent notamment la photographie et la dactyloscopie et, sous réserve des règlements, il est tenu de se soumettre à une visite médicale ».
