Well maybe the thing is that it’s not as far from its community as I thought... mainly because we ended the morning in a Scottish café in the gardens of the Christian Cathedral of St Andrews (patron saint of Scotland) with Fergus driving a tooth into a steak pie (one of the, er, delicacies of Scottish gastronomy: a pie made with steak).

Pues a lo mejor es que no estaba tan lejos de su comunidad como yo pensaba...mas que nada porque terminamos la mañana en una cafetería escocesa en los jardines de la catedral cristiana de San Andrés (patrón escocés) con Fergus hincándole el diente a un Steak Pie (una de las delicias, ejem, de la gastronomía escocesa: empanada de filete de ternera).
