- Den, der raader over ledninger til transport af elektrisk kraft med de dertil hoerende transformatorer, understationer og andet tilbehoer, skal efter skriftlig begaering fremsaette tilbud om transport for ansoegeren af elektricitet til forsyning af offentligheden, af elektricitet til store forbrugere og af importeret elektricitet ( artikel 47, stk . 1 ) ( 7 ).

- Anyone who with a view to public supply operates lines for the transmission of electric power, with the associated transformers, substations and other accessory plant is upon written application obliged to make an offer concerning the transmission for the applicant of electricity for public supply, of electricity for large private consumers, or of imported electricity (Article 47 (1)) (7).

- Cualquier persona que con vistas al suministro público ponga en funcionamiento líneas para transportar electricidad con los correspondientes transformadores, centrales intermediarias y otros accesorios estará obligada a hacer una oferta a aquella persona que lo solicite por escrito para transportar electricidad por su cuenta, recurriendo a las líneas y accesorios referidos, siempre que se trate de electricidad para suministro público, de electricidad para grandes consumidores privados o de electricidad importada (apartado 1 del artículo 47) (7).
