كما أٌلقيت على هذه الجماعات مسؤولية الإعدام خارج القضاء الذي نُفِّذ في 23 حزيران/يونيه بحق أليريو بِدرو دوميكو دوميكو، حاكم إمبيرا وعضو مجلس السكان الأصليين في ريّو إسمِرالدا (آلتو سينوء)، ومقتل أحد زعماء محمية غِنغادوء (آلتو بابودوء، تشوكو) في 26 حزيران/يونيه، وأحد زعماء مجتمع بوريا المحلي (تشوكو) في 19 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر.

The same groups were also held responsible for the extrajudicial execution of the Embera governor Alirio Pedro Domico Domico of the indigenous council of Río Esmeralda (Alto Sinú) on 23 June and the deaths of a leader from the Gengadó reservation (Alto Baudó, Choco) on 26 June and a leader from the Puria community (Choco) on 19 October.
