يطلب إلى المدير التنفيذي اتخاذ الإجراءات الضرورية لتمكين برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة من العمل كأمانة للإطار العشري والقيام بوظائفه عملاً بالفقرة 4 (أ) [والفقرة 6 (ب)] من وثيقة الإطار العشري بالصيغة المعتمدة؛

Requests the Executive Director to take the actions necessary to enable the United Nations Environment Programme to serve as the secretariat of the 10-year framework of programmes and to carry out its functions pursuant to paragraph 4 (a) [and 6 (b)] of the framework of programmes document as adopted;
