(1) Der Verbraucher muß eine Bestätigung der Informationen gemäß Artikel 4 Absatz 1 Buchstaben a) bis f) rechtzeitig während der Erfüllung des Vertrags, bei nicht zur Lieferung an Dritte bestimmten Waren spätestens zum Zeitpunkt der Lieferung, schriftlich oder auf einem anderen für ihn verfügbaren dauerhaften Datenträger erhalten, soweit ihm diese Informationen nicht bereits vor Vertragsabschluß schriftlich oder auf einem anderen für ihn verfügbaren dauerhaften Datenträger erteilt wurden.

1. The consumer must receive written confirmation or confirmation in another durable medium available and accessible to him of the information referred to in Article 4 (1) (a) to (f), in good time during the performance of the contract, and at the latest at the time of delivery where goods not for delivery to third parties are concerned, unless the information has already been given to the consumer prior to conclusion of the contract in writing or on another durable medium available and accessible to him.

(1) A fogyasztónak írásban vagy más, olyan tartós hordozófelületen, amely a rendelkezésére áll és amelyhez hozzáférhet, meg kell kapnia a 4. cikk (1) bekezdés a)–f) pontjában felsorolt információkat a szerződés végrehajtása során megfelelő időben, és olyan esetekben, amikor a szállítás nem a feleken kívülállók részére történik, legkésőbb a szállítás időpontjában, amennyiben a szerződés megkötését megelőzően nem közölték már ezeket az információkat a fogyasztóval írásban vagy más, olyan tartós hordozófelületen, amely a rendelkezésére áll és amelyhez hozzáférhet.

(1) Consumatorul trebuie să primească, în scris sau pe un alt suport durabil disponibil și la care are acces, confirmarea informațiilor menționate la articolul 4 alineatul (1) literele (a)-(f), în timp util pe parcursul executării contractului și până la momentul livrării, în cazul bunurilor care nu sunt destinate livrărilor către terți, cu excepția cazului în care aceste informații au fost deja furnizate consumatorului înainte de încheierea contractului, în scris sau pe un alt suport durabil disponibil și la care acesta are acces.
