CIDA has introduced an orientation program in which new development officers and other new employees at the Head Office learn side-by-side with locally engaged professionals, providing an opportunity to exchange knowledge and cultural attitudes and promote a shared corporate vision.

L'ACDI a mis en place un programme d'orientation dans lequel les nouveaux agents de développement et d'autres nouveaux employés de l'Administration centrale apprennent au contact de professionnels oeuvrant localement. Cette approche offre l'occasion d'échanger des connaissances et des attitudes culturelles et favorise l'adoption d'une vision commune pour l'organisation.
